Can I change/ cancel my order?

Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched. To do so, please log into the ‘My Orders’ page or get in touch with our support team at chotamota@nativeroots.in with your order number and your request . You will need to do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.


What is the minimum order value required to place an order?

There is no Minimum order, However there may a delivery charge for low value orders.


How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.


What happens if an item that I ordered is out of stock?

Our support team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion. For pre-paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card account used to make the payment or via a gift card. It usually takes 10-15 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account. The gift card once issued, can be used right away.


Do you accept returns?

All product sales are final. However, if the product was not to your liking, please let us know!
