Do you charge for shipping?

Yes, we charge a nominal fee based on the total weight of your order. All orders above Rs 999 are eligible for free shipping.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a notification from us with the tracking details once the shipment has been booked. You can track your order until it reaches you safely.

Yes we do! Write to us at chotamota@nativeroots.in. This helps us get you the best shipping rates possible to your location. Free shipping is not applicable to international orders.


How long does it take for my international order to reach me?

It typically reaches the destination in 10-15 days after shipping. Any customs related delay or costs are to be borne by the customer.
